How push notifications work

When you enable notifications, your device receives a unique token from Google Firebase. We store only this token and your chosen country — nothing else.

We never know who you are. We never track which articles you read. Notifications go to everyone in your country — not targeted to you personally.

You can revoke notifications at any time in your browser or phone settings.

Why Kluedin costs money

No ads. No data. No free lunch.

Most free apps make money from you — your attention, your data, or both. Kluedin works differently. Here is why we charge a small fee:

No ads — ever

Ads mean advertisers. Advertisers mean your behaviour gets tracked and sold. We refused that model from day one. The fee replaces what ads would have earned.

Your data is not our business

We do not sell, share, or analyse your personal data. We do not even collect it. That means we need another way to keep the lights on — and that is you, directly.

Content that stays current

The internet moves fast. Keeping the slang dictionary, meme library, and daily feed accurate requires real work and real infrastructure — every single day.

You are the customer, not the product

When you pay for Kluedin, our only obligation is to you — to give you the best, most honest information we can. There are no other stakeholders pulling us in another direction.
